Drop Off Policy
Please be on time to drop off your dogs. If you are late for the appointment your time slot will be shifted to the last appointment for the day and an extra fee can be charged if we have to work overtime to get your dog groomed.
Pick Up Policy
Please pick up your dog or cat before close of business. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Extra fee will apply for late pick up after business hours.
