Dog Service Policy

No appointment is necessary for 1st-time customers. It will be a first come first serve. Please drop off your dog no later than 1:30 pm on Weekday. Once you arrive we will let you know what time your dog will be ready for pick up. You would have to pick up your dog before closing time.

If you insist on making an appointment payment will be required at the time of making the appointment. A full refund will be issued if you change or canceled your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. If it is a “no show” or cancelled less than 24hr, there will be a full charge and no refund.

Cat Service Policy

For new customers only. We only take appointments for cats on our first time slot of the day, 7:45am Monday through Friday. Due to the high cancellation rate or no shows for cats, payment in full is required for 1st time customers. No refunds for “no shows” or cancellation with less than 24 hour notice.
