Our Policy

Dog Service Policy

No appointment is necessary for 1st-time customers. It will be a first come first serve. Please drop off your dog no later than 1:30 pm on Weekday. Once you arrive we will let you know what time your dog will be ready for pick up. You would have to pick up your dog before closing time.

If you insist on making an appointment payment will be required at the time of making the appointment. A full refund will be issued if you change or canceled your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. If it is a “no show” or cancelled less than 24hr, there will be a full charge and no refund.

Cat Service Policy

For new customers only. We only take appointments for cats on our first time slot of the day, 7:45am Monday through Friday. Due to the high cancellation rate or no shows for cats, payment in full is required for 1st time customers. No refunds for "no shows" or cancellation with less than 24 hour notice.

Drop Off Policy

Please be on time to drop off your dogs. If you are late for the appointment your time slot will be shifted to the last appointment for the day and an extra fee can be charged if we have to work overtime to get your dog groomed.

Pick Up Policy

Please pick up your dog or cat before close of business. Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Extra fee will apply for late pick up after business hours.

Cancellation and Reschdule Policy

If you cancel or reschedules less than 24 hr. notice, you will pay in advance before we take your next appointment.

Grooming Policy

We do not allow any customers to watch our groomer working. Some dogs cannot stay calm when they hear, smell or see their owners. This makes it very difficult for our groomers to work on your dog which can cause injury to your dog, the groomer or other dogs.

De-matting Service

$100/half hour
